What's the difference between Integrative medicine and Functional medicine?

Integrative medicine is a form of health care that combines traditional medicine with evidence-base complementary therapies such as nutrition, lifestyle counseling, and mind-body practices.

Functional medicine approach is more holistic and focuses on treating the underlying causes of disease. Functional medicine takes into account lifestyle, nutrition, environment, stress levels, and other factors to create personalized treatment plans that address the root cause of your health issues. Functional medicine involves the use of herbal medicine, supplementation, and more to achieve optimal health.
